Barb’s introduction to Yoga was when she was 15. She considers it a privilege to have been teaching in the Iyengar tradition for 16 years.
Brigid has been practicing yoga for the past 30 years, and has been teaching yoga for the last 7 years at Breathing Space, both Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga.
Delywn started practicing yoga 27 years ago and now holds a J I 3 level teaching certificate. Her teaching gives her an opportunity to share her passion with others.
Fyodor gained his certification in yoga from his native Philippines. His classes are mostly Vinyasa (Flow Yoga) inspired by the traditional Hatha Yoga his personal practice is predominantly based on.
Shadow, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Krama
Martina has practised yoga for close to 30 years and been teaching for 25. She teaches Shadow in primarily seasonal/term based courses, Ashtanga in weekly Led Classes and Self Practice Classes, along with Vinyasa Krama.
Vinyasa Flow, Restorative
Sam first started practising yoga asana 27 years ago. She teaches Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga, focussing on strength, flexibility, balance, breath control and meditation.
Vicki has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for 30 years and teaching since 1992. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT500 hour teacher and is currently teaching Mum and Baby Yoga as well as Ashtanga and Yoga Vinyasa (Hatha Flow).
